JULY REPORT: About 205 135 people reached in the World Cup Outreach and 14 Cape Town schools Campaigns and Old Age Home Outreaches
Dear Friends
Lucinda and I are currently on a 21 day fast. This is our second one for the year.
We have had it on our heart to position ourselves to be ready to be used of God.
The fasting has really enhanced our Bible studies as we have meditated and sought his will at this time.
I also want to encourage you my friend, to seek the Lord with all your heart, soul and mind. Father loves you and desires for a closer, intimate relationship with you. He longs to speak to you and know what’s in your heart and to have you speak with Him. But this kind of relationship has to come from a personal decision to be untouched by the world and its systems.
Lets look at Daniel
Daniel was one of the choice Hebrew young men brought into the Kings palace to later serve Nebuchadnezzar. He and the three other Hebrews first had to go through 3 years of intense training.
We all have a choice in life to compromise and so too did Daniel. All the young leaders were given wine and the best foods to eat, but Daniel, being Jewish, did not want to eat the food given as it was possibly sacrificed to other gods and was foreign food to what the scriptures allowed.
Daniel 1v8 “But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king's meat, nor with the wine which he drank: therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuchs that he might not defile himself.”
The lesson learnt
We need to know God’s word and His standard and be in continual communion with Him. We know we operate by grace, yet we still have the choice to be diligent to study the Word, speak the Word and most importantly to do the Word.
John 14:15 “If you love me, keep my commandments”
Joshua 1-8 “ This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
THE WORLD CUP Outreach Report: 200 000 people reached
Our outreach teams were busy 28 of the 31 days of the games. Thanks a million to all Save the World Foundation team members that worked almost every day and to all the volunteers that helped to reach people at the Stadiums, Fanparks and malls.
This was truley a once in a lifetime opportunity to reach 200 000 people here in South Africa with the gospel. Jesus was truely shared to the masses during this historic event. They all thought they were coming for the matches, but the Lord was reaching out to them. We handed out about 155 000 salvation booklets and literature and about 45 000 Kaka Testimony dvd’s.
Kaka is the world famous soccer player who plays for Brazil and Real Madrid. He personally paid for the production and printing of these Dvds, to use as an outreach tool. Lets’s keep him in our prayers.
Cape Town Campaign continues
We have now reached out to and conducted 815 School Campaigns in the city of Cape Town. This is unprecedented in the 358 years of the city’s history. My team and I are honoured that the Lord has chosen to use us at such a time as this.
We have also conducted 101 Old Age Home outreaches to the elderly of the city and thousands of these dear people have received Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
About 473 486 precious boys and girls, men and women have made decisions for Jesus as a result of this awesome initiative.
Still to do
We have about 185 school outreaches still to conduct and a few dozen old age homes.
We are looking for evangelists
We are currently looking for a dynamic young evangelist to join our team in Cape Town for the remainder of the 6 months here and for evangelists to join our team for our next Campaign in Johannesburg.

Jesus gave us the command to go and preach the gospel and we are willing and obedient to this great cause. The Lord also raises up precious partners in the gospel to help finance the great commission.
Please would you help us this month with whatever is in your power to give. Not only will you be sharing in the eternal reward of reaching the 200 000 people reached in the World Cup Outreach but also in the Cape Town Campaign for this month.
We as a ministry live by faith. We literally step out of the boat monthly and trust the Lord will speak to His children to rally around us to support these outreaches. Please consider supporting us with however you can.
We currently have a need of about $15 000 in our ministry. This is to pay our printing expenses for the World Cup Outreach, our Cape Town School Teams and our ongoing admin team.
